HUK Autoservice, a subsidiary of HUK-Coburg, wanted to offer customers added value beyond car insurance – through a platform for workshop services with instant booking. Without an existing developer team and under pressure to act quickly in a start-up-like environment, the company faced a unique challenge.
foobar Agency pursued a co-creation approach: together with HUK Autoservice’s first developers, we built a user-friendly digital commerce storefront on Next.js and strengthened the internal team through targeted capability development. Within 5 months, the MVP went live with a network of 460 workshops.
