The description of your first agent: which process it takes over, which value lever and KPI it is measured by, which systems and data it needs and where a person approves. It is the basis for deciding on implementation and budget.
You decide on the basis of the blueprint. If you wish, we then implement the first agent with you and also take over operations until your team can run it on its own.
In the blueprint, you define which steps a person reviews and approves and where the agent acts on its own within defined boundaries. Your data stays within your company.
