What you can expect to work on

Your Tasks

‍Project Management & Control: You will take responsibility for our projects and ensure their smooth implementation - from planning to successful go-live.‍
Stakeholder Management: You will communicate confidently and proactively with decision makers and project managers on the client side, and understand how to translate their requirements to the team in a structured way. You will actively manage expectations and ensure that projects run smoothly.‍
Budget and resource accountability: You will plan budgets and resources with foresight and ensure efficient project management.‍
Early involvement in client relationships: You will be involved in client projects from the outset, supporting our sales team with your experience at the proposal stage and bringing valuable insight to client meetings.‍
Methodology & Flexibility: Depending on the size and complexity of the project, you will use the appropriate project management methodology - be it traditional, agile or hybrid.

What we expect you to bring in

Your Profile

At least 5 years' experience in IT project management in an eCommerce agency environment.
Deep understanding of eCommerce projects, especially experience in implementing Headless Commerce and Composable Commerce projects and understanding of holistic eCommerce projects.
You enjoy new projects and technologies: You see new challenges as an opportunity to grow and remain curious about new technologies and trends.
Excellent Communication & Problem Solving Skills - You can talk to developers, clients and internal teams on an equal footing.
Tact & aplomb - you manage teams efficiently and respectfully, even when priorities shift and time is tight.
Language skills: German and English, written and spoken.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings in the DACH region (approx. 20%).
