What you can expect to work on

Your Tasks

Project Management & Delivery

End-to-end planning, organization, and management of multiple parallel projects
Ownership of timelines, budgets, resources, and quality
Ongoing project controlling, including forecasts, status reporting, and variance analysis
Identification, assessment, and proactive management of project risks
Moderation of conflicting objectives (time, budget, scope, quality) and facilitation of clear, aligned decision-making

Coordination & Communication

Primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners
Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of project and stakeholder meetings
Ensuring clear, audience-appropriate communication, including early escalation of risks or ambiguities
Documentation of decisions, requirements, and project progress

Requirements & Product Perspective

Support in gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements
Close collaboration with UX, development, and business stakeholders
In the medium term: contribution to product visions, backlog management, and scope decisions

Go-Live & Continuous Improvement

Planning and coordination of releases and go-lives
Support during acceptance phases and handover to operations and further development
Continuous optimization of processes, methodologies, and collaboration

What we expect you to bring in

Your Profile

Must-haves

First experience in project management, ideally in digital or technical projects
Proven experience managing multi-project environments
Confident handling of project controlling across time, budget, and scope
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Very good German skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills

Nice-to-haves

Experience with agile and/or hybrid project methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Knowledge of classical project management standards (e.g. PMI/PMBOK, IPMA)
Experience with common PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
Initial exposure to product ownership or requirements engineering
