What you can expect to work on

Your Tasks

Project Management & Delivery

  • End-to-end planning, organization, and management of multiple parallel projects
  • Ownership of timelines, budgets, resources, and quality
  • Ongoing project controlling, including forecasts, status reporting, and variance analysis
  • Identification, assessment, and proactive management of project risks
  • Moderation of conflicting objectives (time, budget, scope, quality) and facilitation of clear, aligned decision-making

Coordination & Communication

  • Primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of project and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensuring clear, audience-appropriate communication, including early escalation of risks or ambiguities
  • Documentation of decisions, requirements, and project progress

Requirements & Product Perspective

  • Support in gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements
  • Close collaboration with UX, development, and business stakeholders
  • In the medium term: contribution to product visions, backlog management, and scope decisions

Go-Live & Continuous Improvement

  • Planning and coordination of releases and go-lives
  • Support during acceptance phases and handover to operations and further development
  • Continuous optimization of processes, methodologies, and collaboration
What we expect you to bring in

Your Profile

Must-haves

  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in digital or technical projects
  • Proven experience managing multi-project environments
  • Confident handling of project controlling across time, budget, and scope
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Very good German skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with agile and/or hybrid project methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Knowledge of classical project management standards (e.g. PMI/PMBOK, IPMA)
  • Experience with common PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
  • Initial exposure to product ownership or requirements engineering
