What you can expect to work on

Your Tasks

Financial Management & Accounting

Plausibility checks and preparation of accounting data
Responsibility for the smooth handover of financial and payroll accounting to the tax advisor
Ensuring correct, complete and legally compliant financial accounting
Preparation and review of the monthly BWA and timely provision of accounting data
Supervision of payroll accounting in close coordination with the tax advisor and ensuring confidential processing of employee data

Process Optimisation & Governance

Further develop and document internal HR and finance policies
Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
Transparent communication of relevant HR and finance processes to employees
Promoting a culture of compliance and responsible behaviour

HR Management

Ensuring data quality in the HR database and regular updates
Efficient use and further development of the HR software Personio

What we expect you to bring in

Your Profile

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance or comparable qualification
Several years' experience in financial accounting, payroll and HR
Excellent knowledge of tax and employment law
Confident use of financial and HR software (ideally DATEV and Personio)
Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and people skills
